About Dr. Scott Ellner
Dr. Scott Ellner has spent his career in the trenches of healthcare. First on the frontlines as a surgeon, and since then serving as an executive for hospital systems around the country.
Dr. Ellner’s training is clinical, but his perspective is holistic.
PEAK Health is the philosophy that is the result of his life’s work.
He’s seen firsthand what happens when spiritual fulfillment is neglected at the expense of physical health, or mental health is left lacking because of poor sleep.
Scott believes in a well-rounded, holistic approach to living — where exercise, meditation and mindfulness, diet, sleep, psychotherapy, and clinical care all align and provide balance and happiness.
He travels around the world, sharing valuable perspective on his experience, his leadership, and about living and practicing PEAK Health.
